In order to meet the requirements of increasing production, we use a twin-screw design for the main extruder. The two screws are horizontally arranged to stir the material, and the output is more than double that of a single-screw extruder. We also use a duplex hydraulic screen changer to filter the extruded raw material. Because of the duplex screens, continuous production is possible without turning off the machine to change the screen.
