WPC extrusion line is comprised of screws, barrels, molds, and auxiliary devices like vacuum sizing machine, sawing machine, and stacker. In this line, plastic and waste wood fibers are mixed at a certain proportion, and extruded under high temperature and pressure. This line adopts 2-step extrusion technique, in which conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder is utilized for pelletizing, and conical twin/single extruder is adopted to make WPC profiles. It is generally applicable in producing indoor or outdoor floors, fences, trays, among other PE products. Co-extrusion and embossing equipment is available if necessary.
