Wintech’s cast film line features a three-screw structure on the top, which allows for a shorter machine (8.5 meters) whereas a traditional cast film line is 11 meters long. After processing in the confluence unit, materials will undergo a cooling process using chill rolls that have been manufactured with the assistance of technologies patented by China Ministry of Space. These rolls allow for a quick cooling process, a constant temperature and small temperature difference (2 degrees Celsius) between the two roller ends. After the cooling process, a comprehensive series of procedures will be conducted before the film is slit into 3 parts using the auxiliary machine. Discharging rolls are then used, where robotic arms raise the paper tube to a preset location, ensuring a low work intensity.
