The layer of hemp rope wrapped around the oil hose is used to protect the outer wall of the oil hose. After the vulcanization process is completed, it will be removed. The purpose of vulcanizing marine oil hoses is to mix rubber raw materials and vulcanizing agents, and then heat them to form a network structure between rubber molecules, thereby improving the hardness, strength, wear resistance and aging resistance of marine oil hose rubber hoses to make them more durable.
