Spiral Filter Core Welding Machine for Sand Control Filter Screen Tube

For petroleum and chemical sand control filtration, spiral welded screen tubes will be used mostly. And normally there are two kinds of screen tubes for sand control filtration purpose: bridge hole and perforated hole.

This spiral filter tube welding machine can be used for welding any spiral tubes with diameter range from 60~300mm.

This machine is combined with online punching press for punching bridge holes.

This machine features PLC control, HMI operation, auto cutting and unloading.
