The plastic sheet extruder introduces high quality screws, which becomes abrasion resistant and quite hard after gas nitriding, so both plasticizing effect and service life of our screws could be guaranteed. Its die is designed in a push-pull type, which could be adjusted, providing smooth flow rate and easy operation. Its hard chrome plated roller is well designed and of high quality, so as to make sure the output of high quality sheets. Siemens’s control system, together with a PLC and touch screen, is optional, enabling a high automation and integration.
