This is a 45KJ medium-voltage capacitor discharge welder, with a C-frame structure, and a welding head which is pressured by an air and oil cylinder, allowing a max. input force of 15T. Meanwhile, the rubber spring, as a fast follow up device, is also installed between the welding head and electrode tile, which can reduces sparks during welding.
