High Speed Tend Line

This production line is primarily used for core extrusion processes of category 5 and 6 data and telephone cables. The production line consists of a wire drawing machine, annealing device, high frequency preheater, extruder, automatic mixer with suction machine, injection machine, warm water tank, cooling water tank, tractor, oil cooling circulation device, dryer, DC spark detector, insulated core outer diameter measuring and controlling instrument, automatic double reel winding machine and an electrical control system.
