Combination machine for square can

The RS-40D combination machine is an automatic production line for making 18L and 20L square cans, with a maximum speed of 40cpm. It adopts cam mechanism to conduct transmission, can conveying and can holding, and the speed is continuously adjustable. By using grip flanging and advanced seaming method, the machine can guarantee a tight seaming result with a superior look.

Production Process

Can conveying→Positioning→Expanding→Bottom flanging→Bottom seaming→Turnover→Top flanging→Top seaming→Finished product
