Our stationary type aluminum melting furnace uses a third-generation regenerative burner system that automatically adjusts the burner combustion during the melt-casting process according to the temperature. When the aluminum bath temperature reaches the set temperature, the control system automatically adjusts or turns off the flame. The combustion system has proper safety interlocks and purging controls, to keep the combustion completely safe.
