Gyro machines, also called vertical broilers, are commonly used in the Middle East to prepare meat. They are available in either electric or gas designs. The housing is entirely formed of stainless steel. The use of a high-power motor ensures smooth operation.

The electric gyro machine mainly consists of the grill, chamber, heating element and junction box. Driven by a mini motor when mounted on the grille, it allows meat to rotate automatically. This enables the meat to be quickly cooked, uniformly colored and delicious.
