This is a MFDC 660KVA resistance welding equipment with a Heron HRC802 controller. It is designed for the welding of compressor shell and suck tubes. With the automatic suck tube feeding system, suck tubes are continually transferred to the lower electrode, located by positioning pins and then the shell is clamped manually and then put the shell into tooling by manually. After that, push the start button and the welding process is automatically activated.
