The joint control parts allow the biscuit processing system to accelerate or decelerate simultaneously and proportionally, realizing a continuous dough sheet producing result.
The ovens Apex supplies are varied in combustion methods, mainly divided into direct-fired oven, indirect-fired oven (radiant or convective), and hybrid oven. Natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas are alternative. Our Biscuit lines have been exported to US, Fiji, Malaysia, Indonesia and many other countries.
