Roll-forming Machine

CCRF GZ Roll-forming is proud to offer a variety of roll-forming machines and production lines for automatic manufacturing of elevator accessories, including guide rails, hoisting beams, C steel, door frames, base anchors, hall sills and more.

The high-speed roll forming production line features advanced techniques, fully automatic control, servo-motor-driven feeding, SIMENS PLC, VFD and HMI to allow for the easy parameter setting and product specification changing. Multiple sets of punching dies allow users to adjust the hole position based on actual production conditions. The shearing section uses a servo flying shearing and tracking system, making it capable of cutting products with a high precision without having to shut the machine down.
