We are now making 1 to 6 lanes sandwiching machines which can run 600 sandwiches/minute for each single lane.
We can provide some automation solutions for sandwiching and packing. Row multiplier and row combiner also are available. A two lane sandwiching machine with row combiner can be connected with a flow wrapping machine to realize 2 high x 1 stack, 2 x 2 and 2 x 3 packages. With a pneumatic cream blocking system, our sandwiching machine has realized no-bottom-biscuits-no- cream function. We specially designed a machine which is suitable for pineapple jam sandwiching.
