The precast concrete production plant adopts a control system based on industrial Ethernet. It integrates a PMS system, mixing plant control system and panoramic monitoring system. The precast wall panel system includes a central control system, material distributing, mold platen pre-treating, maintenance, mold platen cycling and ejecting systems. This precast wall panel machine is equipped with mold cleaning and a CNC marking device which can ensure specification precision of the products. The class based material distributing system can effectively improve the use ratio of the raw materials. After processing by the primary maintenance system the performance index of the products reaches industrial standards.
