Our pizza production line consists of a main machine and a pizza molding machine. It is controlled by a touch screen and the size of the pizza is controlled by one button.

The pressure roller is equipped with a thickness adjustment device, which can set the thickness of the dough sheet. The cross rolling unit makes the dough sheet more lustrous and the width and thickness more uniform. The dough sheet is cut into a round shape and rolled holes on the surface by the pneumatic or mechanical slicer after powder is sprinkled automatically. Finally, the round pizza dough sheet will be demolded smoothly with stable gluten. The remaining dough is recycled and reused via the automatic recirculation system.
