The optimized packaging line introduces a new filling method in a higher filling speed. In this filling and packaging system, each filling nozzle is controlled by a mechanical valve, ensuring no leakage and no blind filling space. For different bottles, very few parts have to be changed, thus enabling high efficiency. A proprietary cap sorter is outfitted in the line, which avoids turnover of caps. Additionally, a magnetic screw capping method is utilized to prevent hard-to-unscrew capping, and therefore gives users easy access to the beverage in the bottle.
