The roll forming machine is used to bend a color-coated steel sheet into a desired cross-section which will be then adhered to both sides of a thick core material by using a powerful adhesive. The steel composite panel uses foam and rock wool as a core material and acts as an innovative construction material. Our roll former is widely applicable to both roofs and walls of lightweight steel frame buildings. Due to the decorative nature of the exterior surface, there is no additional decorating required, saving clients time and money.
