We always use high quality raw materials including 9CrSi, 6CrW2Si, Cr12Mov, H13 H13K to make the shear blades with length ranging from 500mm to 5000mm. The hardness of the blades can reach 58-64 HRC ( ROCKWELL HARDNESS). The shear blades are installed on hydraulic shearing machines for cutting aluminum and mild steel. The blades have 4 cutting edges and high hardness to shear the stainless steel such as SUS304. The length of shearing blades are usually longer than shearing machines and the most common length is 3100mm and the longest shear blade we can make is 5000mm.
