Our injection molding facility is fully equipped with more than 35 sets injection mold machines spanning from 20 to 780 tons. This comprehensive range of molding machines includes our high-speed/low-speed injection mold machine. These machines are from the trusted Haitian and Nissei brands from Japan, ensuring our production on varieties of plastic parts can run continuously. Every injection machine with automatic robot, significantly improving production efficiency, lowering labor cost and guaranteeing the quality of products.

We also set the assembly workshop for secondary process, including ultrasonic welding, high-frequency welding heat staking, screen printing and assembly. All processes are completed in house for quality and cost control.
