Guide needles are the most commonly used, and therefore, the component that most often wears out the easiest. As a solution, all YS guide needles are chrome plated for a stronger surface hardness and a longer durability. We also use precise chamfering methods to create guide needle holes, and eliminate burrs through a chemical process, and thus, reduce the amount of friction during the knitting process.
